These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cadlo mobile application (the “App”), published by InsightIQ (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Questions? Contact us at contact@insightiq.dev.

1. The App

Cadlo is a sports-testing tool for coaches and athletes: cadenced audio protocols (VMA / MAS, shuttle, interval and circuit tests), a stopwatch, a tab-odometer, and Sprint timing tools. Some features are free; others require a Cadlo Pro subscription (see below).

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to the App and, in case of conflict on Apple-related matters, prevails over these Terms.

3. Cadlo Pro subscription

Cadlo offers an auto-renewable subscription, Cadlo Pro, which unlocks the full set of test protocols, the custom protocol editor, and the Sprint tools.

  • Plans: Yearly: €24.99/year; Monthly: €4.99/month. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase.
  • Free trial: New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and your Apple ID is charged.
  • Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Managing and cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
  • Payment: All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App lawfully and not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse it. You are responsible for the athletes’ data and any content you create in the App.

5. Health and safety

Cadlo is not a medical device and does not provide medical or professional advice. Fitness tests involve strenuous physical effort. You are responsible for ensuring that you and any athletes you supervise are fit to perform them, and for choosing a safe environment. Consult a qualified professional before testing, and use the App at your own risk.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its content, design, and trademarks are owned by InsightIQ and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InsightIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
