These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Keelson mobile application (the “App”), published by InsightIQ (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

Keelson is a men’s pelvic-floor training tool: a short intake to orient you toward the right path, guided audio and haptic sessions (strengthening and relaxation / down-training), a multi-week program, progress tracking, and a shareable progress report. Some features are free; others require a Keelson Pro subscription (see below).

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to the App and, in case of conflict on Apple-related matters, prevails over these Terms.

3. Keelson Pro subscription

Keelson offers an auto-renewable subscription, Keelson Pro, which unlocks the full multi-week program (beyond the free first week), the clinician progress report and its export (PDF / image / data), and your complete history.

  • Plans: Yearly: €54.99/year (introductory price of €39.99 for the first year at launch); Monthly: €9.99/month. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase.
  • Free trial: New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and your Apple ID is charged.
  • Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Managing and cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
  • Payment: All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App lawfully and not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse it. You are responsible for the content you create in the App and for how you use the information it provides.

5. Health and safety: important

Keelson is a training and wellbeing tool, not a medical device. It does not provide a diagnosis, medical treatment, or professional medical advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional (such as a doctor, urologist, or a pelvic-health physiotherapist).

  • The in-app intake and safety check-ins are for orientation only, not a diagnosis.
  • If you experience pain, bleeding, fever, inability to urinate, numbness in the saddle area, sudden loss of bladder or bowel control, or any other warning sign, stop and see a professional.
  • If you are recovering from surgery (for example, a prostatectomy), start pelvic-floor training only once your surgeon has cleared you.
  • Training the wrong way, or strengthening an already-tense pelvic floor, can make symptoms worse. Use the App at your own risk, and follow the guidance of your healthcare provider where it differs from the App.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its content, design, and trademarks are owned by InsightIQ and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InsightIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
